The MAP Check Combi line secures the quality in Modified Atmosphere Packaging through on-line measuring and recording of the gas content in the package before sealing, furthermore alarms are activated if the gas concentration exceed the user specified levels. The analyser is specifically designed for both vertical and horizontal flow packaging machines.
The new cost optimised version is the result of a continuous dialogue with our customers in the food industry. PBI-Dansensor realised that the industry especially needs an on-line analyser, as our TGC-2 with less features, but with an even longer validity and with a minimum of maintenance. Longer validity and an absolutely minimum of maintenance has been reached with the development of a new single pump system. Moreover the analyser is built with a new sensor, the sample flow has been increased and the flow control range is now 0-1000 litre.
The flush back system for cleaning out the system if an impurity has blocked the lance hose is also a new feature. Now you can clean the system just by pushing an icon on the display and the packaging process can automatically proceed after a few seconds.
This new version of MAP Check Combi is designed and built with the same focus on maximum measuring reliability and user-friendliness. The sensor is specifically designed for the food and pharmaceutical industry and responds instantly to increased levels of the trace gas used. |
